With a bachelor's degree in Business and extensive marketing coursework, Kelly is also the Creative Coordinator for the Ortman Group & manages all team social media pages. She loves handling the team’s online presence because it allows her to make Real Estate fun while simultaneously educating the public on what buying and selling really looks like. Her background in business has given her the necessary skills to effectively negotiate deals and get the most ideal outcomes on behalf of her clients, time and time again. She is a Certified Staging Consultant, which aids getting her seller clients top dollar on the sale of their homes as well as a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, which provides her with advanced skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys trying out new Arlington Heights restaurants, dancing around the kitchen to “Baby Shark” with her three daughters and dreaming up new renovation projects to annoy her husband with.
